Who is responsible
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Annalisa Falchi (Anna Falchi), who runs the sole proprietorship (Einzelfirma) Anna Falchi Fit, Neue Dorfstrasse 45, 8135 Langnau am Albis, Switzerland. For anything about your personal data, write to coach@annafalchifit.ch.
What data we collect
Through the contact form: your name and email address, the service you are interested in and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, a level and a message. Please do not use this form to send health information: a first message does not need it. The website does not store form submissions in a database, and you do not need an account to use it. When you send the form, Web3Forms also receives the technical data your browser transmits, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. If you write to us directly by email, we receive what you send, such as your email address and your message.
Why we process it
We use this data to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to organise the coaching. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Who receives it
Contact form submissions are sent to Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative in India. Web3Forms acts as our processor: it receives the submission and forwards it to our mailbox at coach@annafalchifit.ch. According to its own documentation, it relies on other providers for infrastructure and spam prevention, including Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner for infrastructure, and CleanTalk and Akismet for spam prevention. Our mailbox and our domain name are provided by Infomaniak, which states that it stores its customers’ data in Switzerland. The website itself is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address when you load a page.
Transfers abroad
Some of these providers process data outside Switzerland. Web3Forms is operated from India and, according to its data processing agreement, uses infrastructure and providers in several countries, including EU countries and the United States. Data sent through the contact form may therefore be processed in India, in the United States and in other countries. For transfers from Switzerland, Web3Forms states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare states that it is certified under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback. Infomaniak states that it stores data in Switzerland.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies of its own. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, pixels, Google services, reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, embedded frames or third party widgets. Fonts and images are hosted on this website itself. The links to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn are ordinary links: those services only receive data about you if you click them, and their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
Web3Forms keeps a copy of each submission for up to three years from the date it was sent, as stated in its privacy policy and data processing agreement. The email we receive is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow up. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier.
Your rights
Within the limits of Swiss data protection law, you have the right to ask whether we process personal data about you and to receive a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, to object to the processing or to the disclosure of your data to third parties, to ask for the processing to be restricted, to receive your data in a common electronic format or have it passed on to another controller, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To use these rights, write to coach@annafalchifit.ch. We may need to confirm your identity first, and some rights may be limited where the law requires us to keep data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
